We produce excellent technical drawings that contractors can use to quote on and to build with. As opposed to planning drawings which need less detail because they are primarily about planning regulation compliance, technical drawings (also known as construction) drawings) are an essential link between the approved design concept and planning approved project. Technical drawings are needed for extension or renovation projects of any size, and of course for new build. We can also visit the site if your chosen contractors need help with understanding plans or resolving technical challenges.
