If you want help making the most of your project without having to immediately commit to a full design and planning service, there are two ways that we can help you:

A Design Meeting where we will develop your ideas and give you the benefit of our experience. Andy will give you two hours of his time free of charge and you'll benefit from his creativity and knowledge to help assess what is possible for your project. Example of a meeting format:

meet in person, online or via the telephone
listen to your needs and vision
give you suggestions and ideas
if your project involves planning, explain the next steps
guide you on budget for building work
advise on project schedule

Want more detail and sketch ideas of what we could achieve for your home? Then the Design & Feasibility Report is for you - it provides you with creative ideas, sketches, and information about planning regulations to help inform your decisions.

Examples of what the report can include:

a basic survey of the property and/or plot
a review of the site zoning and planning regulations, and assessment of potential impact for you
sketches of ideas of how we can help achieve your objectives
reference images to help you visualise the ideas
a list of potential challenges, with suggested solutions
an indicative project timeline
a guideline budget for the building work using price per m²

Each of our reports is unique because every project is unique and we hope that the example below gives you a flavour of what is contained in a report. A Design & Feasibility Report is priced from £1,500
